Free Hand Engraving

Live engraving is a personalised service where items are engraved on the spot, in real time, while guests watch.
Using a handheld engraving tool, names, initials, dates or short messages are carefully etched into each piece, creating a meaningful keepsake in minutes.

Perfumes, Cosmetic items, glass wear, candles and alcohol bottles are my most popular items for live engraving.
Names, initials, short messages and delicate illustrations can all be added, transforming an everyday object into something personal and quietly special.

My equipment is all PAT tested and is wireless. This means i can be seated where most convenient.

Calligraphy Lettering

Live calligraphy lettering is the art of personalising items by hand, in the moment, using traditional calligraphy ink, paint and nib.
Guests can watch as names, initials or short phrases are written in flowing ink, each stroke deliberate and expressive.
There’s something quietly theatrical about being both efficient and engaging.

I have the experience and knowledge to choose the correct paint/ink for most surfaces.
Menus, place cards, Champagne bottles, escort cards, table numbers, notecards, envelopes, packaging, gift tags, tote bags, journals, the list is endless.

Foiling

With my hot foiling service, heat activated foil is applied with a precision heat pen, imprinting my hand-calligraphy onto leather and paper surfaces.
Foils are typically used to embellish calligraphy lettering in fold, silver and rose gold. However, foils come in all colours and can be matched to brand colours or campaign requirements.

Branding and Typed Foiling

Using my hot foil customiser, I can use brass letters to transfer foiled names, or small phrases onto leather and paper surfaces
I can also create brass block wit your brand or logo to foil your brand onto Paper and Leather surfaces.

I can typically engrave an item in six to seven minutes.
This process is supported by a customisation app that I use both to log orders and to share progress with the relevant planners.

I engrave and customise a wide range of items, including glass, metal, leather, wood, and select coated or lacquered surfaces.
This includes fragrance bottles, glassware, jewellery pieces, keepsake boxes, stationery accessories, cosmetic items, powder coated bottles, etc.
Not ALL items require engraving. Some can be adornedwith inked lettering and some with a foil pen.

I offer free hand calligraphy engraving, hot foiling and lettering.
I also have a customisation press that can be used at live events for branding or for typed embossed customisation.

For private celebrations, hen parties, and weddings, I recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, particularly during peak seasons. This helps ensure availability and allows ample time for full customisation of workshop materials and planning with your venue.
For corporate clients and event planners, I recommend getting in touch as early as possible so that customisation requirements and event details can be carefully tailored to your brief.
